druid healers are really over powered now at everything... they have abilitied to do single target healing and raid heals... nourish is good on tanks and wild growth for party... the priest is getting nerfed next patch and wont do so great pvp but will do about the same in raids... resto shammy will stay the same as always and resto druids yet again are getting buffed so i would go DRUID

I'm about a month along (according to the doctor). I know that morning sickness is common, but I have been sick for over 12 hours straight. Ever since yesterday afternoon, I haven't felt like eating at all, have constantly felt like I need to throw up and have been running a low fever. I made myself eat an apple around lunchtime and I finally vomited this afternoon, and felt better for a while, but an hour later, I'm back to feeling sick. I also have bled a little today (I obviously didn't bleed during my period, which should have been over two weeks ago). Also, ever since I became pregnant, I have had severe cramps on both sides of my lower abdomen, and in the lower pelvic area, and the pain stretches clear back to my lower back and tailbone (much worse than menstrual cramping!!!) Is something seriously wrong? I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning, but should I make a trip to the ER?

Which military branch is better for the medical field?

IMO (and I'm biased since I'm Army), the only reason Air Force is considered more "girl friendly" is because (a) they have more females, (b) they have the closest to a civilian lifestyle from what I've been told and some girls apparently are afraid of the idea of a more military way of living, and (c) they have newer apartments and some girls can't handle living someplace that may not be as "up-to-date" though honestly I haven't seen anything wrong with the Army apartments (plus if you came in as an officer, you'd have nicer ones anyway). Not to mention some females aren't into deploying and Air Force has shorter deployments. Personally I want to be deployed and I want to live the military lifestyle so I'm happy with the Army. I haven't experienced any discrimination or aults here and I've made tons of great friends, male and female. I'm training in AIT right now to be a medic and I think the training has been fantastic. We just finished the EMT side and will be moving on to the Whiskey side (the more physical, military style training). We have both military and civilian instructors. The civilians are all either EMTs, paramedics, or retired military (my team's instructor is retired Air Force).

There was an incident this morning at my daughter's dancing school. It actually had to do with me and her teacher. She was with a student this morning before cl and the student was crying. I was trying to comfort her because I am friendly with her mom and I thought that I could help the teacher out in trying to calm this girl down. The teacher screamed at me like a raving lunatic in front of everyone in the waiting room. I was so stunned, embarred, and humiliated. I felt like a child. That isn't how an adult talks to another adult. With that, I left with my daughter. They are preparing for a show in a few weeks. When my daughter saw that I was visibly upset she wanted to leave. My daughter actually doesn't want to do the show because of five hour rehearsals on Saturdays and Sundays. I talked to the teacher on the phone at home and she was horrible. She brought up to me how rude my daughter always is and blamed it on my parenting. My daughter has Oppositional Defiance Disorder. It has nothing to do with my parenting. But it's okay for her to be rude to me. I told her teacher that you always see rudeness in others, but you don't see it in yourself. I left a note for the teacher at the dance studio and it was a nice letter. I was just defending my daughter and myself because of how the teacher treated us. 34 weeks babys already 6lbs?

My ex's mother carried all 4 of her children 8 months, almost to the day. We had one son born 2 month premature, which if you factor in the hereditary 8 month factor wasn't as bad as it seems. And even that early he was almost 6 pounds. Dr.'s said he would have been at least 10 pounds if she had gone full term. Our Preme baby is now 6'4" and weighs about 200 pounds. They Dr.s never would listen to my ex about the her mother carrying only to 8 months. So yes, Dr.'s can be wrong and they don't for the most part like to listen to there patients. It's something along the lines of the show Scary Stories, but it's a little creepier. It starts with a kid who goes into this empty theater. Feeding question??

My daughter is 5.5 months old and currently has four 150ml bottles a day and three small solid feeds, What i am wondering is would it be ok to feed her three 250 ml bottles instead? She struggles to get through the 150 4 hourly but today she slept through her lunchtime feed and took 250 without a problem. Im just worried she wouldn't be feeding often enough. She will be getting more just less often...what do you think?

i don't think your problem is as rare as you think. many women suffer from similar feelings (myself included) in addition to the fact that a large percentage of women just can not achieve s from l . good comes from good communication about it and telling each other your likes and dislikes so that it can improve for the both of you. i think things will improve if you take the time to talk things out between you and him and establish a deeper emotional connection. or maybe you need to re-evaluate your feelings for him. perhaps they've changed and your just not attracted to him anymore or care about him as much as you used to.

Heavy Crew Chief Question?

Well, if you can get a heavy crew chief slot you gotta get to a 17 base. When I was in tech school, they would let guys swap orders. So if you don't get orders to a 17 base, you can try to swap with someone that gets those orders. The 17 bases I know of are Mchord, Elmendorf, Charleston, and McGuire, so when your in basic and they let you type the bases you want to go to on the computer put those ones in. There are some other ones too, but those are the ones I can think of at the moment. If you end up doing NDI, they make alot of money in the civilian sector, and its a pretty easy job once you get the hang of it, so don't get down if thats all you can get. Still put in for a 17 base, and if you want once you get qualified, you can help out the crew chiefs and get qualified on all that stuff, and maybe get a chance to fly once in a while, I did that as an engine guy thats a maybe though, it would be up to the supervision, but its worth shot. I am on C130s tho, so they might handle things differently on the 17 side.

Is my babies suckle not effective during feeding?

During letdown my baby has no trouble. She gets the milk easily, but sometimes she pulls off of my and acts very upset like she's not getting anything and then she'll latch back on and have good suction for a minute and then pull back off upset again. We can't really continue to feed this way so I will give her a pacifier and pump. This morning I was able to pump 5 oz after she started doing this. My mom married this man that our family dislikes greatly. We tried to tell her he was a wife abuser, alcoholic, good for nothing person but she married him anyways. They live in Texas and I disliked him so much that I moved away to California. In September my mom was in a horrible motorcycle accident. She was in a coma like state for 2 months. now that you have two kids, some things will have to be different. you may have to alter your old bedtime routine with your two year old, but while her old bedtime routine may have to change, but one thing you can do to spend time with her is to incorporate her into the baby's routine. let her "help" bathe the baby and put him/her to bed.... let her feel needed and involved and be an awesome big sister with "big girl" responsibilities.

Rafa will be No.1 at least until the end of next year. Btw, Federer will not win another slam for the rest of his career, so there is no danger of him reclaiming no.1 anytime soon. He was very fortunate at the US this year with Novak being mentally worn down in the semi (due to the Rod incident), and Murray not being able to handle the pressure of his first slam final (not everyone has the guts of a Nadal at such a young age - first slam at 19). Also, I'm certain that Federer will not win the remaining two Masters and Masters Cup - they will be shared between Murray, Rafa and Novak, and possibly Nalbandian will have another great late run, like last year. Transverse baby at 37 weeks..?

So I went to the doctor today and found out that my baby is in transverse position, with her back facing my cervix. I will be 37 weeks on Sunday. She scheduled me to come in the Monday after Christmas for a follow up ultrasound at which point she says we will be talking about "options." I already know that I will not attempt to have a doctor manually "turn" the baby because my doctor informed me that this means seeing a "high risk" doctor, extreme discomfort, and that it comes with the increased risk of fetal distress. So if she has not turned by the Monday after Christmas we will be scheduling a C-section. Have any of you mommies out there had a transverse baby that turned head first right at the last minute? OR when did you have your c-section, and what is it like? I am so scared now because this is not the way I envisioned my baby being born. Need help with my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo!?

I recently bought a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Its runs perfectly and is in great condition. It has a little over 110,000 miles on it. About a few days ago the coolant low light came on, and had it refilled. Two days later the light came back on. I just figured the mechanic didn't pump the air out when he refilled the coolant. Today I looked in the engine and the oil is above the normal levels and the coolant seems lower. There has been no leakage. What could the problem be?

Horses going from gr hay to a little bit of pasture? Plz answer!?

Ok so when we got our horses yesterday (two minis) the lady dropped them off and said that they would be alright eating a little bit of gr and weeds that are in their paddock that need to be gone...I have been letting them eat it but I was very worried that they would get colic or a sickness from being on just gr hay to a little bit of pasture hay...Now they are still eating it but not as much...She also said that they will stop when they are full, but when I take them for a short walk they try to eat...now their poop is a little bit runny but not super bad its just not firm and I'm worried that they are starting to get colic...We werent prepared becuase they came a day early and I have no thermometor and I cant put them inside the barn for the day becuase the older one will most likey kick the smaller one and hurt her....Do you think that I should do somthing aboout this??

What i was wondering is if you have certain beliefs, say for example you are a vegan or don't eat a particular meat for religious reasons or like Jehovahs Witness won't have blood transfusions as i understand it, would you or indeed should you accept an organ from someone who had been a meat eater, and perhaps ate something your religion strictly forbade you to eat. Im the only person on my apartment lease. I moved my friend in for half of monthly expenses. She didnt have the money for last month so i asked my mother to borrow it, so my friend could borrow it from me. My mother lent ME the money and rent was paid. My roomate moved out at the end of the month, for an unknown reason without paying me back. Me, depending on this money she owes me for next months rent, has aculated late rent fees. Average Ocean Temperature Question for ACTUAL REAL Climatologists?

Let me start by saying I have a college level understanding of physics and I'm a relatively smart person, but I don't know the answer to this, so I'd put it here. Let me also state that I'd only like answers from people who have studied climatology in College. If you haven't studied this in college, don't chime in. My question is, how is it that the Earth's average ocean temperature has risen while there is still ice at the poles? I'll explain. In a Gl of water with Ice in it, the water temperature will remain right at 0� C as long as there is ice in the gl. As you add heat, the ice melts but the water remains at 0� until all the ice is consumed. Likewise if you remove heat from the gl, the water will remain at 0� but the ice will aculate until there is no more liquid water. I realize on a global scale not all the Earth's water is the same temperature but on an AVERAGE ocean temperature I would expect this to remain roughly true -- meaning as the Earth warmed, the AVERAGE ocean temperature would remain a constant, but the ice at the poles would deplete.

What to do for a puppy with swimmers legs?

We have a puppy with what we believe is swimmers. He has a hard time standing and walking. He does more scooting on his stomach to get around. He has been perfectly fine then this just happened one day. We can not afford to take him to the vet yet (we will on payday). He is 2 months old and a lab. Mom & dad not related & was walking fine for a while. Does anyone have a puppy with swimmers & know anything to do for him for the time being?
