Emigrate to the philippines?

hello,im a filipina and i can say Philippines is really good to live there as long as you have a work and enough to live there.to go school is not a problem if you can understand and speak english because most of the people in the Philippines are talking english too,but about how long it takes to immigrate there im sorry i dont have any idea about this,much better you wiil go the site of immigration and try to find what you want to know.Goodluck!
