Help help help help !?

uhmm well i was on the internt and then i recireved this message that i had a virus so then i clicked it and it gave me this security tool thing for the computer and i scanned it with my anti virus and it was a fake signal. it keeps giving me pop ups how do i take it off ? help me please .
