Hey P&S can you help me out?

So I'm playing poker with my Little Sister and I have 3's and 7's but I think she has me beat but she might be bluffing...No One Knows really. See the thing is I forgot to take my Medication so now I got all this Battery Acid In My Head. If Only I had turned on Auto Pilot. This has got me so stressed out I'm sick, real sick, like Sick Sick Sick. I'm just a Regular John, I'm not trained to handle a situation like this...what should I do???
