Severe abdominal cramps, mild bleeding, sick for more than twelve hours, DURING PREGNANCY???

I'm about a month along (according to the doctor). I know that morning sickness is common, but I have been sick for over 12 hours straight. Ever since yesterday afternoon, I haven't felt like eating at all, have constantly felt like I need to throw up and have been running a low fever. I made myself eat an apple around lunchtime and I finally vomited this afternoon, and felt better for a while, but an hour later, I'm back to feeling sick. I also have bled a little today (I obviously didn't bleed during my period, which should have been over two weeks ago). Also, ever since I became pregnant, I have had severe cramps on both sides of my lower abdomen, and in the lower pelvic area, and the pain stretches clear back to my lower back and tailbone (much worse than menstrual cramping!!!) Is something seriously wrong? I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow morning, but should I make a trip to the ER?
