SDL Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Ok so I'm making a program using SDL that i want to turn into a .exe. when I run the exe from the debug folder it says there was an unexpected error and it has to close. It says that the problem is occurring with SDL.lib but i have it in both syswow64 and system32 PLZ HELP thx!
