What are the effects of hip dysplasia on a boxer?

My boxer, Missy, has hip dysplasia and she has been hobbling after she had her puppies, but now she has started to urinate out of nowhere. its as if she can't feel it or something. Is this a result of the hip dysplasia or should i look into other causes?
