A old musical moviee.? i need help with it cant figure out what its called?

okayy when I was a little girl in like 5th grade , (I am now in 10th grade) in music we watched a movie that had singing aand stuff in it. i totally forgot what it is called. its about like these two kids that are coloring this coloring book and there dog jumps in it and they jumo into the book after to go get him. then theres like a talking tree and theres like these two guys that leap frog and theres this girl that helps the kids go around and like at the end the girl that helped them had like a black and white costume on and then everyone came together and but scarfs of colors on her and then she was colorful again. ???? i hope this helps? and makes some sensee! please help its bothering me soo bad!!! thankss(:
