I can't talk to people about the flaws in my appearance because they don't see them...?

i understand what you are saying because whenever i say anything about myself in a negative way my mother yells at me saying that i must think the same things about her since she gave birth to me. she especially gets mad when i talk about trying to fix my lisp for whatever reason. but i think everyone sees themselves differently then how others see you which is why when we are talking about our flaws others may not see them
