Can the Wii playing Gamecube games link with Nintendo DS acting as GBA console?

When we play our old Zelda Windwaker or PacMan Vs. games, which used to link the old Gamecube to the old GBA to play certain aspects of the game, is there a way for us to link the Wii (we upgraded across the board) to the DS Lite so that we can still use those parts of the games (think Tingle Tuner or Pac Man versus games)?
