How long do you think Rafael Nadal can keep his world n.o. 1 ranking?
Rafa will be No.1 at least until the end of next year. Btw, Federer will not win another slam for the rest of his career, so there is no danger of him reclaiming no.1 anytime soon. He was very fortunate at the US this year with Novak being mentally worn down in the semi (due to the Rod incident), and Murray not being able to handle the pressure of his first slam final (not everyone has the guts of a Nadal at such a young age - first slam at 19). Murray will definitely win his next slam final, just as Novak did on his second attempt, beating Federer along the way. Also, I'm certain that Federer will not win the remaining two Masters and Masters Cup - they will be shared between Murray, Rafa and Novak, and possibly Nalbandian will have another great late run, like last year. Those first three guys are stronger than Federer, they just didn't produce at the US - that won't happen again. Novak will not let audience pressure and the press get to him again and will win the Aussie next year. Nadal will win the French and possibly Wimbledon, and the US will be between Novak and Murray, with Rafa having a good shot as well. Federer is on his way out.
