Does she want a relationship, what should i do?

There's this girl ive known for 4 5 months. We were decent m8 without being proper friends if u get me like id joke around, bit a banter etc. A few weeks ago at a club i tried it on, she said ur really good looking but she turned me down cos i got with her mate at a party and according to the girl i know fancy she still likes me. I thought fair enough, and left it at that but know we're talking on fb everyday, and about quite personal stuff at times. She starts the conversations mostly and she always signs off with lots of kisses. Does she just want friendhsip or more? Whats the best thing for me to do because i really like her but its akward beacuase of the thing with her mate?
