Should dolphin fans be mad for missing on brees twice?

As a Miami Dolphins fan... I'm counting the days before this piece of **** franchise moves to Los Angeles that way I can be a fan of some other team because I hate Los Angeles and the Miami Dolphins for not making any effort to improve the team.
