Can a deleted friend on facebook still read your posts?

this random person added me on facebook...I askked him if i know him...buh then i deleted him as my friend...i was just curious..can he still read my post and can he see my thumbnail pic beside the post.....cuz when i look at my last actions on my profile..its states nowhere that i posted anything on his wall....
